Vince is a Designated Examiner providing, Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, ATP, Multi-Engine, CFI Reinstatements / Add-Ons / Renewals, CFII, MEI, all available in the boundaries of the Philadelphia FSDO Area.

Vince has been in the Philadelphia area since the late 70's. His background has been mostly at the Philadelphia Northeast Airport (PNE). His Licensing is ATP in both Fixed Wing Single & Multi-Engine Land and Helicopter. He also holds an Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) and has an FCC License (Master of Communications Technology). His experience also includes Check Airman / Chief Pilot for 135 Cargo & Passenger operations.
